A New Adventure Awaits (But Not for the EU Sadly)!

The next chapter of Thistle & Bard begins tomorrow.

The portal is open, the tavern is busy, and there are some new adventuring essentials waiting on the other side.

Our latest collection brings six classic RPG adventuring archetypes to life: Bard, Barbarian, Cleric, Druid, Monk and Paladin. Whether you're the party healer, the person who keeps trying to seduce the guards, or the one who solves every problem by hitting it very hard, there's something here for you.

And we've gone beyond the usual adventurer's wardrobe.

Gather Your Gear

The new collection includes class-themed T-shirts and hoodies, each featuring our fantastical dictionary-style designs, alongside matching baseball caps and class pencils for your campaign notes, character sheets and increasingly elaborate dungeon maps.

Then there are the big ones.

Our new canvas high-top shoes feature original fantasy artwork inspired by each class — from a half-elven Bard playing their lute in a medieval street to an orc Barbarian standing beneath a blazing sunset.

And when you've finally made it back to the tavern after a long day of adventuring, we've got you covered there too. Our new aluminium water bottles feature the same artwork, giving each class its own travelling companion for the road, the gaming table or the next round at the inn.

One Important Change for Our EU Adventurers

We also have an important update to share.

The new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) has now begun applying, bringing new requirements around packaging, compliance and the way products are placed on the EU market.

For a small business like Thistle & Bard, navigating the new requirements has become considerably more complicated than we'd hoped. As much as we want to keep sending our wares across the water, we've made the difficult decision to stop shipping to the EU for the time being.

This isn't a decision we've taken lightly, and we're genuinely sorry to our European adventurers who have supported us.

We're going to take some time to work out what the new rules mean for Thistle & Bard and whether there's a sensible way for us to return to the EU market in the future.

For now, our UK, USA, and Rest of World portal remains very much open.
